We just purchase a pool from Leslies and is a complete mess. The base keeps falling apart its clip together plastic.They will not compensate us for it

I Ordered a spa cover on April 23rd. After 7 weeks and receiving an email that my cover was ready to ship I called and was told it could be up to 8 weeks. After 9 weeks I called and was told it could be 10 to 12 weeks. After writing my review to Leslie's I finally got contacted by someone who found that it had not even been made yet.Today, on July 13th it finally showed up and it is the wrong size. It's only half the size of my hot tub. The correct dimensions were printed on the box but the cover was nowhere close to fitting... read more

The tech came out on 5/30/23 (call id ***************** to change the sand in our filter and connected the new pump we purchased from Leslies. Ever since the sand has been coming out of the jets into our pool. We reached back out to have Leslie's come back to fix this (note we did not have problems prior to the sand change).
