I was very happy with the installation of a new furnace by the Leslie guys. The guys were very professional and told me their every step. I even asked them to clean out the lint ducts as I just recently moved into this home. Now I feel safe with the dryer as the previous owner did not regularly clean it. I will continue having them do yearly check ups on the equipment.
Responded within a couple hours when heat was out. Great service tech
Joe P. came to check out our furnace on a very cold day when there were many "no heat" calls. He was very polite. I appreciate him not hurrying through my call to get to the other no heat calls. In the end, we need a deep clean which is scheduled for end of winter.

We were in a bit of an emergency situation with our furnace during the extreme cold and holiday this past week. Leslie Heating gave us immediate attention, worked within our budget and were very professional.
We had a failure of our furnace over the New Year's holiday when the Chicago area temperatures were at, or below, zero. After a call to the 24 hour Leslie hotline, Pawel made a same day house call. In all ways, Pawel was an excellent HVAC engineer and just a darned nice guy. Polite, friendly, and a wonderful representative of Leslie H&C. Pavel M. came out when my furnace went out. He is with Leslie Heating and Cooling. It was over the holidays, but he arrived promptly. I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to explain everything to me in layman terms. I was very pleased with the service on the heating unit.
I called Leslie Heating and Cooling this moning after a cold night with a malfunctioning furnace. The temp in the house had dropped to 62 with the thermostat cranked up to 75. The furnace finally went on about 4 in the morning and warmed the house slightly. I called Leslie Heating and Cooling at 8:00, and was told Sean W. would be giving me a call to set up an appointment.
