First time I thought of going with Leslie Heating & Cooling for my furnace tune up. An XYZ company was doing all these years but I wanted a new set of eyes to know how my furnace is working. Joe P who was the representative is a thorough gentleman and very knowledgeable on his subject. He was walking us through on each and every step, explaining the outcome. I strongly recommend him. With experience from him, I am going to call this company for sure for any upcoming requirements if I have.
On Oct. 12, 2017, Justin checked out our very old boiler. He was thorough, explained what he was doing, spent well over an hour with us, and was polite. I would recommend him.
We had a roof fan replaced in the attic of the main level of our home by Leslie Heating & Cooling about six weeks ago, and had another one replaced today on the bedroom level. On both occasions, we were completely satisfied ! Their technician Justin is a true professional - ask for him ! him !
It was a pleasure meeting Joe P, our service rep, (Leslie Heating & Cooling). Joe came to our house on Oct 10 for our annual winter furnace check. He was friendly, and thorough and he explained in detail the work he completed for us. Besides the furnace check, Joe also changed a humidifier filter which no one had done for us in the past, and it needed to be changed! He also did a furnace cleaning, and checked our air conditioner.
