I give Leslie Heating and Cooling an 8.7 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best and for me unattainable by my standards. Scheduler was friendly and informative. At departure time from companies office you receive a text message with background and picture of technician and pleasantly surprising things they like to do. Reflective of a company that values its employees. Technician was courteous, experienced and answered all my questions. Company has gone paperless which allows for digital invoice and estimates.
Peter K, lead a team of 3 with Mark and Adam assisting. Everything was flawless. They were kind, courteous and respectful of my home (protecting rugs, floors, cleaning up messes). Peter walked me through my new furnaces and water heater instructions patiently and with extreme professionalism. The experience could not have gone better.
Leslie really does a professional and thorough job. Carrie set up the appointment and followed up with a text over the weekend reminding me of the appointment as well as a call to say the tech (Justin) was en route. Justin also called when he was about 5 minutes away. His work on cleaning the furnace and checking the humidifier and air flows was thorough and complete and left me totally satisfied and signed up for annual inspections of the furnace and AC. Leslie Heating and Cooling heard that our furnace was having some trouble. I really appreciate their attentiveness and readiness to come by especially since we just purchased a new furnace from them. They were great and helpful at troubleshooting. I highly recommend them.
