Just received outstanding service from Jesse *. today from Leslie Heating & Cooling. He took the time to really listen to our concerns. He also ensured that I was educated on our HVAC system. Best of all, he was super friendly. We will definitely call this business for all of our heating and cooling needs.
I just had a service call for my broken air conditioner. Both technicians Pawel *. and Gus *. were incredible! I can't ever remember saying that about service techs before. They were so knowledgeable, friendly, witty and patient with all of my questions and they explained all of my options for my "beyond ancient" air conditioning unit. a technician from this company (Leslie's Heating & Cooling) came out last week to do their regular twice a year System Check of my furnace, for the Spring/Summer season, for A/C. ... It was a new technician to the company that came out that day -- I would have preferred that they sent a seasoned company employee .... Your system check was performed just before the memorial day weekend and during this visit, the technician detected an issue with and prescribed a new capacitor for the AC, however, you declined to have the service performed. We are new to the townhouse and needed to have the heat and air conditioning checked. Sean W. and Roy were very helpful and professional. Work needed to be done on the humidifier and furnace motor. They explained everything to us. Very polite and knowledgeable. Good people.

This company is charging outrageously high. $400 for a work to clean furnace fan which was done in less than an hour. Did not even reply to request to explain why I was charged that amount.

Jesse *. came to my home to perform a system check on my furnace and air conditioner. Jesse is very professional, personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I might have. He made some suggestions of things I could do to prolong the life of my equipment and I am grateful for his professional knowledge and willingness to share it. Thank you Jesse.
Sean, the tech, came out at 8:00on Saturday night as I had no heat. He immediately found the problem. Leslie Heating is a great company. Their techs are all first rate. Have used for years and never had a bad experience.
