Excellent communication and helpful service technician.
On a hot, hot day in the middle of a long line of hot days, Leslie A-C came out to look at our A-C on the very same day; within the hour! I know that HVAC companies are very busy at this time of the year. I was so impressed that they fit us seniors into their schedule on such short notice. Turns out there was not much to do to get the thermostat working. The technician checked all our units. As service contract members, we were not charged. I had another great experience with Leslie Heating and Air Condition. The service rep arrived on time,was very courteous and did good job of explaining status of my air conditioning unit. I had to reschedule my initial appointment and the receptionist was very understanding and pleasant
Great experience from start to finish.
Pawal came out to check my pool heater. He told me it was unfixable and said he'd be calling me back in a couple of days with some quotes for a new heater. After a week I called back and Lauren told me that he was out sick but she or him would call me back. Crickets. One week later I called back and asked if they had no intention of following through, please tell me. I was assured someone would call me back in "an hour or so". It's been two weeks since then. Now I have to pay another company a trip charge that I already paid... read more
