Sean was very professional in his sales approach. He was on time, courteous and through in presenting his company and products and how he did the bid process. He followed up to make sure we were comparing all bids on an equal basis and if there were more questions. John, Peter and Gustavo coordinated the delivery, setup and install of the furnace and AC. I have used Leslie for 15 years now for all of my AC and Heating needs. 2 years ago I needed a whole new system. They took the time to measure my whole house and offered 3 different options. I am happy to say that all went beautifully, and they certainly knew what they are doing since my heating bills were nearly cut in half since then. I had Leslie and another company provide estimates for new furnace and AC. Only Leslie did a thorough analysis of my house, including measurements of rooms, windows, current vents, pressure and flow tests, etc. The other vendor merely looked at an old real estate listing and said "here is what you need." Leslie spends time explaining your options clearly, discussing your needs and giving you a great education. Peter and Gus came out to install new furnace on Thursday. They did awesome work, They took the time to explain in detail the issues with the old furnace and how to operate the new thermostat and smart hub for the new furnace. They hauled away all the old parts and material and left our basement tidier than when they arrived. I would highly recommend Leslie Heating and Cooling.
I've had Leslie Heating & Cooling out twice; once to assess an issue & then to fix it for me. Both times their crew were polite & knowledgable. The work looks good, they asked my opinion in several instances were there were options, & they cleaned up wonderfully before they left. I will be switching to Leslie Heating & Cooling for all my HVAC needs. :)
