Eric * have done a great job and thorough check up to my furnace. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He is friendly, kind, and helpful in giving me a recommendation or suggestion to avoid hazardous incident likely to happen in the near future.
Our furnace was not cleaned as requested and invoiced/paid for. Customer Service was dismissive. She said she was going to escalate to her manager and get back to me. 7 business days later, there’s no response. I subsequently called to cancel our family plan. We are cancelling 7 days into the month, and we’ll be charged for the month we didn’t use because it has already been entered into the systems. Everything was done well. Leslie has first rate employees who are pleasant to work with.
Eric *. performed a maintenance check on my furnace. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made specific recommendations without any pressure. He is the type of employee a company wants as its representative.
Leslie H & C has fantastic employees. They are always super-friendly and Jesse did everything required in the most professional and helpful manner.
Besides having the best estimate for a Lennox A/C and Furnace, their installation team (Jon & Gus) were very professional. They answered all my questions, and when the job was complete, they made sure all areas were clean. Also, because they had to be in the main living area, they had placed tarps down everywhere they were going to be; besides they wore coverings on their shoes as an additional protection. Would highly recommend Leslie Heating & Cooling.

Leslie heating was originally C&C heating and cooling. They sold and changed ownership, but kept most of the employees. I have dealt with them over 35 years and have always been very very satisfied. Will never switch.
