It was a pleasure dealing with Leslie Heating & Cooling. They were very professional & prompt. We needed to replace the whole system( furnace & Air) everything was done within a 1 week window during busy summer time. cleanup was very thorough. We have used them before for routine maintenance and have been very pleased with the service. Phone calls are always returned, and questions answered.
Panel M. From Leslie provided us with outstanding service. (Very hot day in our attic.) He spent time to examine our attic fan and diagnosed the problem. He was on time, clean and respectful. Highly recommend.
The service crew was neat and professional, kept me well informed, and discussed options with me. They also helped set up an appointment for a sales team to estimate system replacement, due to age and refrigerant issues. Work was done quickly and well, and the system is functioning much better than before.
I scheduled my annual A/C checkup appointment with Leslie Heating and Cooling for 06/19/18. Lauren was friendly and very efficient over the phone and the appointment was scheduled quickly. Jesse came out to perform the service; he was outstanding and very knowledgeable about A/C systems in addition to being very personable. He made some minor adjustments to the outside of the unit to reduce vibration and found an old part that he recommended be replaced, which I did. My experience with Leslie Heating & Cooling and specifically Joe L was good in all aspects, from initial contact to completion of the work on my air conditioner. He explained what the problem was and was efficient in making the repairs. He was pleasant and also explained their service program which I enrolled in.
Leslie technicians Peter, Pawel and Gustavo did a perfect job installing two heating/ac units in our home. John in customer service did an excellent job keeping us informed. Mike perfectly and accurately explained everything in the sales presentation. I highly recommend Leslie heating/cooling.

06/08/18 I would rate the service we received to be a nine. This was our first experience with Leslie Heating and Cooling and as such have not yet built a working relationship with the company. We found our service tech. Justin Hanley to be very helpful as well as informative.
