I'm glad I took advantage of Leslie Heating and Cooling's special furnace system check-up on 11/20/2017. Joe P thoroughly checked out my 16-year old ******* furnace. He was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing. He even took out the blower unit so he could crawl on his back to inspect for cracks and fortunately found none. I would be comfortable using him if I ever needed HAVC work.
First time with Leslie Heating and Cooling. LOVE THEM!! Jesse was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Signed up for their maintenance plan, which includes furnace and air conditioning checks. Will be staying with them forever!
! was able to schedule an appointment quickly and at a convenient time for me. Joe was very thorough (almost to a fault!) and explained everything in detail. He talked me into a deep cleaning of our 14 year old furnace, which was quite expensive; however, I must say that the furnace does seem to be running more efficiently than before.

Used Leslie Heating for the 1st time. Joe P. arrived to give, what I thought, would be a standard cleaning of my furnace. It was anything but standard! Joe is very knowledgeable about his job, explained how the furnace system works, provided great detail as to what needed to be done (and what could possibly be needed). He's very personable and did a great job. And I thought great customer service was a thing of the past! I was so impressed I am having Joe back to replace my water heater. See you on the 29th, Joe!

A local emergency situation caused major furnace problems and I had to get estimates, etc. immediately. A friend suggested I call Leslie Heating and that was the best recommendation I received because Jason *. came out and arranged a detailed inspection that satisfied both emergency services and my insurance. Jason spent much time explaining everything to me and the gentlemen who did the diagnostic exam practically climbed inside the furnace.
