I have been seeing Dr. Dillard for several years for all dental work and her level of care & professional ability is what makes me a loyal client. Doctor Dillard is the only dentist I will ever see! Even if I move, I will return and stay in a motel overnight, she is worth it. I have had the most beautiful set of partials (upper and lower) thanks to her, and now am not embarrassed to smile in public. Once I was in the office having a procedure, and I had a panic attack-Dr. Dillard immediately stopped the procedure and help talk me out of the panic. Dr. Dillard is extremely professional, honest, and easy to work with. She is always respectful of my time, and her office is top-of-the-line with new equipment and well thought out layout. I would recommend this practice to any of my closest friends.
I got a card in the mail and thought I would try her out. My first visit she recommended 5 crowns. I agreed to two crowns on my bottom teeth. Never suggested by my previous dentist of 25 years. $1800 later - had to had new invisiline trays made to my bottom teeth. I now have pain when I chew, extreme pain. Had a dental issue during my time (small time) with her and she said I would lose the back tooth, one that she wanted to crown. She didn't remember me or her recommended treatment plan. There is an old saying "If something sounds to good to be true it usually is" NOT IN THIS OFFICE NOT WITH THIS DOCTOR OR ANY OF THE STAFF!. After years of damage to my teeth due to severe trauma. I came in for a routine cleaning, during which Dr. Dillard suggested that she could soften the mamelons on my front teeth. It's something that I should have done a long time ago, as they were pretty pronounced, but wouldn't have even thought was an option unless she suggested it. It made a huge improvement on my smile in just a few minutes! I'm so happy! Dr. Dillard was so personable, professional and efficient. And for that matter, everyone in the office was quite pleasant! Best dentist visit ever!
I had a routine cleaning, including dental impressions for teeth whitening trays and a consultation for cosmetic dentistry. It was a very pleasant experience -- my hygienist was friendly and skilled, and all the staff were nice. I would recommend this office to anyone! My four children and I have been seeing Dr. Dillard for over 5 years. We have had nothing but great visits and terrific customer service. We saw her go from a small office/clientele to a much larger operation. The hygienists are kind, helpful, and patient. Going to the dentist isn't just about getting your teeth clean, it is about educating yourself to be self reliant so you can enjoy GOOD dental health for the entirety of your life.
