Great dental care for clients. Goes out of her way to check most up to date care for her patients.
I wanted to take a minute and let everyone know not only is Dr Dillard an amazing dentist but their billing staff is incredible as well. We had some issues with my sons insurance this week and Lori contacted me to explain in great detail what was going on and worked diligently with me to get the problem resolved. Not often do you have a good experience when dealing with a doctor or dentist billing department but Lori’s service was excellent and I wish there was way more like her.
I would NOT recommend Dr. Dillard. I have been to two cleaning appointments and my insurance was billed for work that I did not consent to. After emailing to reconcile the situation, i thought it was handled only to find out it was billed anyways at my next cleaning, Leaving me with no coverage for the remain of the year and out of pocket for any dental service I receive. Livid? Yes. Did I call and speak my mind? I sure did. I will never return to this office.
I came here with absolutely no hope and a tremendous amount of pain and infection caused by a very shoddy dentist. It had been almost 2 yrs of pain. Dr. Dundon and Dr Dillard conferred, brought in Dr. Robbins from next door and all are/were there for me every day, including Saturdays and Sundays to help me when an emergency arose. I am now on the road to good health and No pain. I had a great experience at Dr. Dillard’s office! I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist, but Dr. Dillard and her staff went the extra mile to make me feel more comfortable and calm.
