Highly recommended!!! I did some research before selecting Dr. Dillard to become my new dentist. Not only did she have excellent reviews, but I found those reviews to be exact and on point! My first visit to Dr. Dillard's office was the best dental office experience that I have ever encountered. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Unsatisfactory experience. Crown had to be replaced after only 1 yr and charged full price to do so. Realized this much later and brought to their attention. Finally got refund over a year later but nothing to cover the interest I had paid. Then, wanted to replace 3 more crowns that she had recently done , said they was decay under them, but got 3 other opinions and no other dentist thought this needed to be done. Dr. Dillard is the best dentist ever, and no I am not just saying that! The entire staff is very nice and friendly. They provide FREE WiFi while waiting which isn't very long because they are on time. I like the technicians who are very knowledgeable and I like the fact that Dr. Dillard actually teaches them and explains to them the procedure. Dr. Dillard is awesome!! I never felt comfortable going to the dentist but that changed when I started seeing Dr. D. Always on time, never feel rushed. The office staff knows your name and they are genuinely a happy bunch which makes your time there much more pleasant!
I've used Dr Dillard for 2 years. From the first visit they make you feel like a longtime friend/client. Very warm, welcoming, calm environment. Cleanings are a breeze w/ no anxiety. They really strive to make it a good experience for the patient. My husband has tremendous fear of dentist and even he walked out pain free and with a smile...AND isn't putting up a fight about going back. Would HIGHLY recommend Dr Dillard and all of her staff. You will not be disappointed.
When I was 8 years old, I got hit in the face with a baseball damaging my front top teeth. I have had many root canals and veneers from other dentists but they turned out to be temporary fixes. It was really been an embarrassing experience since it was my front teeth. Dr. Dillard replaced my 6 top front teeth with crowns and now I smile every chance I get! Dr.Dillard filled some cavities for me and she has always done great work. The facilities are clean and up to date. Everyone there is friendly and welcoming. I would recommend her to anyone.
