online customer service is terrible. they cut you off right away. all I asked was to see the carfax report 1st. and then obviously ask whatever questions after.

Very pleased with my warranty
My husband and I went in to just test drive some cars and 2 days later brought home our new vehicle. We loved working with Bill and how motivated he was to get us a vehicle we loved and could afford. Having a 7 year old with was challenging, but thanks to Bill he had snacks and stuff to keep our boy entertained. I love that we still get calls checking making sure everything is going good. absolutely reccomend Bill!
Internet sales was great along with finance. Both very helpful. When it came to sales, not so much. Not willing to help you get a newer vehicle. Wanting to give you lowest trade in value possible for your car that's in excellent shape, low mileage and kbb for trade at 13-14,000 clean and they want to offer me 10,500 (suction price) without even seeing. No way... Scammers, stay away or be prepared. Good luck
This establishment is perfect for Ford Owners. Knowledgeable staff and management is great. 98 years strong and people seem very happy with the product choices. Inventory is at a great level as well. Highly recommended in my book.
