The recent visit to purchase a new vehicle was not what I expected, Ford doesn't offer my color for 2017, but the sales representative didn't even try to work on getting a left over model which would have worked.
The towing pkg I paid for on my vehicle wasn't compatible with my camper even tho I brought in pics + info before purchasing it. It could have been an easy mistake to fix, but I had to fight for Les Stumpf to help with installation costs of compatible parts. They claimed they are not camper salesman so weren't aware of the wire hook up needed. My sole purpose of this purchase was to tow my camper and I made that clear. Still waiting for parts for a safety recall for my car. Was told on May 12th it would be one week. I haven't had a call back yet. It has been 10 weeks. Also last time I had my car serviced they left a grease stain on my clothe seat. Had to ask to have it cleaned
