Lack of communication was the biggest issue for me. Sent in my credit application and asked to be contacted before running my credit. It didn’t happen. Therefore creating an issue which could have been prevented.

terrible service. service writers don't know what they are doing. take out a the 7 year 100,000 mile warranty for it not cover anything.
when I came in with my 2014 focus ST I had seen an RS that I was interested in! mind you to people I knew got to test drive it no questions asked.(they were men) when I asked if I could drive it they told me they needed to run my credit before I could even though they didn't for the guys. then when I asked to see paperwork for the head gasket issues they had they told me: we are a Ford dealership of course it's been fixed. but never would just show me the paperwork. Terrible service! Never will I buy a vehicle from them again. Don’t get me started on their customer service too. Then when you’re just about to sign for your vehicle they get EXTREMELY aggressive about paying for a warranty that wait for it.... Covers NOTHING!!
