Brought my 2017 Ford Fusion into the service department because of a "SHIFT SYS FAULT" error that wouldn't allow my vehicle to shift out of park. I easily replaced the plastic bushing that commonly causes this issue. A week after replacing that plastic bushing, the "SHIFT SYS FAULT" error reappeared, and I was unable to move the vehicle out of park. Service manager kenn tried to charge me $500 to diagnose a problem with my touch screen and also then proceeded to tell me it was for his technician to continue to update the module in which the car sits there and updates on its own with no labor. He then proceeded to tell me it most likely wouldn’t fix the problem. He then proceeded to tell me it may need a new module for roughly $1100 but also told me that might not fix the problem as well however I would still have to pay all the money no matter what even if the problem w... read more

UPDATE 11/23/22. I called and talked to Cory Stumpf yesterday. He was very kind and had the service dept contact me to bring my truck in to have it diagnosed and get it running how it should be. Cory is a good man and still carries on the ethics his father had. Unfortunately, some of the employees don't. Thank you Cory!Sell me a piece of junk, would you expect me to recommend you? I purchased a 2022 Ford Ranger in April from these guys and I truly haven’t had a better vehicle buying experience in my life. I will buy from them again and I will recommend them to anyone who asks me about buying a vehicle.

Les Stumpf Sales Staff lied to me about X-Plan not being offered by Ford. They said Ford was not currently offering the discount pricing when in fact Ford was. Les Stumpf was just not offering the discount. I would have purchased elsewhere to save significant money based on this alone if they had been honest with me as other dealers were honoring the pricing when I contacted later. Ordered vehicle from them. They said it would take 60 days. Ended up taking 7 months. Another time I called they to tow a vehicle in for repairs. They said they would get it and call me in a few days when they could get to it, but then forget to tow it in. Whole time I thought it was in their shop it was on side of road getting covered in snow. It got damaged by plow with no compensation. Giving 2 stars because warranty and sales experience was better than most, but details and honesty matter.

Chris Dare at Les Stumph was very helpful, and accommodating. There was no hard sell, and things went very smoothly. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, and the online description matched perfectly with the truck that I went in to look at, and ultimately purchased.
