This company, and their management lack common human decency. They treat both their employees and clients like garbage. During this pandemic and economic tragedy they are unwilling to work with their clients when it comes to their car payments. Instead of coming up with a plan, and working with clients that have been furloughed, and still have not received their unemployment, they threaten to reposses their vehicle. I am disgusted with the way this "Les Stumpf Ford Family" treats each other.

Purchased the bumper to bumper warranty when I bought my explorer. after 2 years my sunroof had an issue but apparently wasnt covered by the wonder bumper to bumper warranty they talked us into buying. Now just tried opening my sunroof today and it wont open and the shade won't close. buyer beware. Will never be doing business here again.
pleasure working with the les stumpf team, from sales to service. I lease a f150 , my wife bought an Edge, and my daughter has a 2014 focus. From recalls to regular maintenance it's taken care of right and on time.
I went there last Thursday and had the best experience I have ever had with a dealership. The salesmen who helped was absolutely amazing and so funny! Just made the experience simple, fast, and very easy! Thanks you, Sheldon, I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family!
Never an issue getting in and out. They don't try to upsell for things not needed
terrible service. service writers don't know what they are doing. take out a the 7 year 100,000 mile warranty for it not cover anything.
when I came in with my 2014 focus ST I had seen an RS that I was interested in! mind you to people I knew got to test drive it no questions asked.(they were men) when I asked if I could drive it they told me they needed to run my credit before I could even though they didn't for the guys. then when I asked to see paperwork for the head gasket issues they had they told me: we are a Ford dealership of course it's been fixed. but never would just show me the paperwork.
