Be aware that they sell your information to lending companies. since early November when I emailed a salesperson to discuss a vehicle I have been harassed by constant emails, texts, and calls from loan companies. In my email I gave him my work phone number, not my personal one and also had included my wife's name. All the emails, texts, and calls are not even in my name, but my wife's. Great job, no pressure walked me through various options to buy
Salesman was very helpful. However battery died 5 days after purchase. No lights left on,etc. Inspection should have revealed very weak battery. Dealership offered only free labor to install. Will not return to Les Stumpf Ford.
RecommendedI brought my 2005 Lincoln town car in for repairs which was only the second time I was ever there. Some complications arose while my vehicle was there and I thought it was going to be a nightmare of an experience. I must say the entire situation was handled in the most professional, honest and fair way I have ever experienced.
