Tried to rip me off. Flat out lyed to me. Went to pick up when I was told it was not done. surprised them showing up and it was done with them lying to me. I challenge them to call me when they see this. you got my number.
If I can rate this a -5 stars... I would rate it a - 5. Bought a car have had it 5 months and already taking it to the shop five times. They just don't care about you they just want your money.
Came in today to get my oil changed. Instead of waiting I asked if a shuttle driver could take me to a hair cut appointment. Jess at the counter took very good care of me and had both Jim and Gene drive me and pick me up in an extremely timely manner!!! I came back with a couple errands done and my car waiting. Great job team!!!

I didn't purchase a vehicle yet, but I was dealing with Jeannine on getting myself a new mustang. I am going to wait to purchase one, but this lady is by far one of the best sales associates I've ever dealt with. She took the time to try and find me everything I was looking for in a car. When the 2018 model is out, I will be contacting her to see what they can do :)
