A few days ago I decided to bring my truck in to get a punctured tire replaced at the Covington, Washington Les Schwab. I recently went to Les Schwab for a battery replacement. My battery was going. I could tell from the sound on starting the car and measuring the battery voltage. I brought it to Les Schwab because of convenience and reputation. The battery was replaced with a botched job resulting in "Check Engine" light illuminated, red "BRAKE" light flashing and the "Cruise Control" icon flashing. After almost 17yrs as a customer I AM DONE. My mom took my wifes car to get a spin & rotate. Due to an alignment issue a front tire was too worn to be serviced. 4 new tires were needed (AWD SUV). They took the car home and notified my wife of the tire choices. Options were for tires & alignment at either (apprx) $650 or $1200 and my wife told my parents to get the good tires. I went to this store to purchase new tires after one of my previous tires shredded. I was advised I required new lower front control arms and bushings or they would not warranty the new tires. I was also advised my struts needed replacement.After having this repair done I took the control arms that were removed to a certified auto shop and had them examined. I accidentally hit a turn lane divider. Luckily I was only a block away so brought it in to the Monroe location. I needed a new rim and tire which I got. However they neglected to tell me that I would need a realignment. 3 weeks later the tire on the new rim is going flat. Brought it into the North Bend location and the wearing of the tire due to the misalignment (which was not told to me) was the cause so had to replace the two front tires at my expense ( so much for the Les Schwab tire warranty) and scheduled a realignment... read more

I want to report that Les Schwab gave us a bogus estimate on work on my 2009 Nissan Murano that did not need the work that they said it did. My husband brought the car in for a tire rotation and alignment and they gave him a estimate of $1631.63 for work they said it needed. We then took it to another auto place and found out it did not need that work. All it needed was a tire rotation and alignment, as my husband wanted.We are seniors on a fixed income and we cannot afford to be scammed like this. We want to warn others of ... read more
Went to Les Schwab on Saturday with a flat tire. They informed me they could not fix it and told me that 3 other tires should be replaced. I told him I didn't want him to replace the others since Les Schwab hasn't had affordable tires and that I would buy the other tires through my online source and just to put the one on. Hey Ryan(the manager), "Let me educate you" as you told me multiple times today. Not only did my car get misdiagnosed 3 separate times for brakes and rotors, I also got quoted lots of fun numbers. I called to get a price quote on how much it would cost to have tires swapped out on the one set of rims that I have.
