In October of 2013, I went to Les Schwab for brakes. They (said they) installed the front and back set 3 days apart. On April 9th I took my car in to my mechanic due to a squealing every time I backed up. They said that the back breaks were down to 2 mm. Even more odd was the fact that the front brakes were in great condition. I called the Les Schwab I bought them at and told the lady on the phone about my situation. I have been doing business with the Les Schwab store in McMinnville, OR 97128 for 17 years. It's the largest and most accomplished store (as I understand) the organization has. I've purchased literally dozens of sets of tires and have had all sorts of suspension maintenance and repair there ever since. Over that time I've noted that the quality of product has declined.
