On Friday, August 2, 2019, I called & spoke with Heather. I told her I needed one tire replaced as it had a bubble in it. I asked if it could be done today. She replied yes it would take about 3 hours and I should bring it in right away to ensure it is done today. I dropped it off & my daughter left the keys. I called to discuss which type of tire I wanted to buy ie 40k warranty. I had checked the tire wear earlier & thought they had another 30-- 40k on them. 10 STARS—While traveling in Calif. all the way from Wisconsin, we got a flat tire & had to put on the donut. Thank goodness the town we were staying in, Fortuna, had a Les Schwab Tire Center to repair the flat. But, not only did they repair it for us; they did so at NO charge because that’s their policy for travelers. Thank you for your generosity, Les Schwab!
I took my vehicle in for a safety check and was told that my left front tire needed the hub/wheel bearings done, they also stated that my brakes were in good shape measuring at 3mm and would probably last another year or so. So they ordered the part fro the hub and I took my vehicle back in a couple of days later to have the work completed. Took my car here to replace a tire. They did a great job at that. However they did not screw the bolts in all the way when they rotated the tires around. My tire fell off while I was driving down the road, luckily I wasn't on a highway or a bridge, I could have died. However the mechanic forgot to press a button that indicated he rotated my tires so since it wasn't shown on the receipt they are denying everything. We recently traveled through Los Banos California and got a low tire pressure warning in our car. We saw a nail in the tire and pulled into the les Schwab store in Los Banos. We were immediately greeted by the friendliest and most helpful sales woman. She took over and made us feel at ease. They fixed our tire almost immediately and when we were ready to checkout they told us the fix was complimentary in hopes of getting our future business well that was a great move as we will think of no one else when our tire needs arise.... read more

Called one store for what u needed then took it to a different store not even realizing it. Cory, quick to make me feel better took my info, what was wrong and then drove me home. Find problems, dealer parts...ugh! But they get it handled and car is dont in 3-4 hours once parts got there and all the alignments they had to do! Called to say it was done and when I said I needed to wait for a ride they offered to come get me. I explained I had a baby and they said they would bring it! Most expensive tire switch out ever $180.00. I had my old snows taken off the rims and new tires remounted and balanced. Normal annual procedure.They entered me as a new customer and at that time should have notified me that if I did not purchase my tires there the cost would be $180. but she did not. With out authorization they went ahead and proceeded to do the work. I have never paid that much in my life, could not believe it and felt completely ripped off!
