I went to Les Schwab tire center in Poulsbo after noticing I had a flat tire. Staff was friendly, there was toys for my child to play with. Tire was fixed within the hour. Great service!
The worst place I have ever had to work with. Had to order parts which took two weeks to arrive. Went up 2 times to get the job done. The parts were not there that was a two hour wait. Left and comeback two days later. Waited another 4.5 hours to get my work done the counter guy said it would be another 3 hours. Plus he was very abrupt with me. The so called tire mechanics. I bought new tires for my Ford 150, The service was good. The people too. They took care of me pretty quick and treated my truck like it was theirs.
I usually go through the Woodburj Oregon store, they are PHENOMENAL! However, I live in silverton so made the decision to try the silverton store since they were closer. WORST DECISION IVE MADE! The store manager, Jeremy, is a complete prick. They never send me my bills, therefore I have made 7 late payments in the almost 3 years I’ve had my account open. Went in after another tire company told me that my flat was caused by a nail in my tire and that they had patched it. When my tire was flat the next day I decided to go to les schwab and the team at this location was extremely honest and helpful. They fixed the actual problem and sent me on my way. I appreciate that I can trust this company and will never go anywhere else again. I believe the person who helped me was Brent.. what a nice guy!!

The really expensive chrome Les Schwab wheels on my 2004 Avalon have failed. They won't hold air, I have to add air every 5-7 days. Their failed chrome wheels are a liabilty and not safe. Les Schwab won't accept responsibilty and won't replace them with safe, functioning wheels! They admit the chrome fails and they stopped selling them. Shame on Les Schwab!

Know your mechanics or make sure you get a second opinion. Sep 2019 It was a rainy December morning when I saw a nail in my tire. I made it to Les Schwab on Cole before they opened. The mechanic said they could fix the flat and rotate tires. When the Tahoe was ready he also said the ‘RR AXLE SEAL BLOWN’ and ‘REAR PADS LOW 3-4 MM ROTORS SEVERLY COORODED and I shouldn’t drive to Ketchum that day. Service is extremely poor. Going on vacation and went there for a simple tire air pressure check. After I found an attendant he said to pull my truck and travel trailer near the bay doors so he would be sure their air hose would reach. No problem but as soon as I pulled up there another attendant came and said I couldn't park there. Told him I was told to by another attendant. Today my wife when leaving for work discovered a nail in her tire. Since it was just before 8 am i suggested Les Schwab on State street in Marysville WA. She got to the business around 8:15 am just after they opened. She let me know that there was already 5 people there and she would have to wait a bit. 5 Hrs later they finished her car.
