I took my wife's car into les schwab in Kennewick, Wa cause the driver's side front tire was low. They guy first told me he couldn't work on it cause the cords were showing, when I questioned it and went out to have him show me were the cords were showing. He then said feel the inside its smooth, so he lied about cords. He then said if I take it off it would be like saying its ok and I can't do that. So he sent me back out with a flat tire. I wish i could be writing a better review about this place, but I have lost hope. After asking for two separate quotes on tires, the salesmen still quoted me on the wrong size of tires. (They were rotating my tires so they had every opportunity to check.) This itself gave me lack of confidence in these guys, but I gave them one more shot. Went to Les Schwab to get a tire rotation they told me my ball joints are bad on the driver side they could fix for $650 I told him no thanks went and had a second look from someone that I trust and there was nothing wrong with my vehicle I think this company is scamming people out of their money they are not honest to there customers or they have people that are not qualified for that job I would advise anyone going here to get a second look.
Just a few days before christmas and I'm reading all of these heart warming stories about the great deeds and services provided this time of year. I got a les schwab credit line about 1 year and 7 months ago while i was visiting family in idaho. They only offered me $150 which was crap anyway, but then about a year later, i requested an increase. never missed a payment. always paid extra. they RENEWED my account for the salem location, restarted my revolving account and only upped me to 500. so now my credit age is lower than it otherwise would be and i am so, so very angry about it. i worked hard for my credit and they dinged me TWICE WITH THIS. I went into the Missoula location to get my snow tires mounted on my Ford Focus and they told me 60$ for all 4. They called me back and since I didn’t buy the tires there it was going to cost 160$. I called ********* and **** **** and both charged 71$. Then he started to question why I got my tires somewhere else. I told him I was in there 2 months before and they said they couldn’t get the tires I wanted.

Worst place ever to get any work done. I called and got a quote set up to get new tires. They said the ones I wanted were not in stock but would be in the next day so I could go ahead and drop the vehicle off the next morning. Dropped my vehicle off the next morning before they opened with my info. Picked the vehicle up the next day and the ONLY thing they did was air up the tires. I was deliberately lied to about a simple flat repair told the tire puncture was not we're really was was told to buy new tires when all I needed was a plug and was sent away with the flat needing to be repaired at another location the other location found the real affected area plugged it and I was on my way for a $8 fee
Worst experience ever. The store located at 4175 South Virginia Street in Reno Nevada. We called three times to get a quote and then confirm it for tires and alignment. Each time we stated the make, model, and year of the car. We confirmed that the price was for the four tires, alignment, and tax - so basically and “out of the door price.” We were told it would be completed by 5 pm.
