Helped is while on vacation! Helped us so quick!
They broke my door on my car and they won't do anything to get it fixed. They sit there and say they didn't do it. It is so frustrating to open and close my door it makes a loud popping noise because they jacked it up with the door open and the door bounced and is not aligned correctly anymore. Will they do anything to get it fixed? Probably not...
Lupe came out today & fixed a flat on my Suburban, he was SO NICE & SO PROFESSIONAL! Super fast, friendly and all around AWESOME. I had NO CLUE how to do it & he was helpful in explaining & teaching! I called the shop 15 mins before closing (my tire went flat in the evening) this was a Wed & I had already called a local tow company that said they had no one ALL weekend???) Les Schwab was able to come out to Terrebonne, AND have me fixed up all in about 30 mins!!! My only regret was 1) I hadn't bought my tires from them! and ... read more
I have always had incredible service at Les Schwab. I won't go anywhere else for tires.
Not possible to dislike, but ... Took my car in for an inspection before a trip. Mechanic told me (and only showed me a piece of paper) my back brakes had problems and pads wouldn't release. Wanted me to replace calipers and rotors, $480+. Took for 2nd opinion to Ponderosa Auto at 366 Hemlock and Brian looked it over and showed me the issues, and that brakes were fine. Don't replace manufacturer calipers unless they are leaking. Front tie rod was worn and wheel was wobbly. He got the part quick and repaired for very reasonab... read more
I had a fantastic experience! They are always so nice and work so hard. It took them a lot of extra work to break a locked lug nut off for me and in the end they charged me $8.00!
These guys are awesome ! Heading back to vancouver WA. My front brakes went out , when I went in to have them checked there was a long wait , looking at about 3 hours , when I said I had my kids and wife with me and really needed to get back today , Anthony jumped in and said lets make a miracle happen, within 10 minutes Esteban and Maddy had truck on lift and tires coming off . 1 hour and back on the road , thank you redmond les schwab.
