I was a very disappointed! Last year I was lead to believe that if all my tires were on wheels that we wouldn't have to wait in line. It would take 10 minutes to change them over. That's not the case!!! Even though it's only a 10 minute job to switch them over. I still have to wait in the same line as everyone else. I spent a ton of $$$ buying new wheels and sensor to make the process smother this year, and here I am....still having to be at the store at 5 am to get anything done in a reasonable time frame.

So freaking disappointed in Less Schwab.......... I was the second one in line this morning at 7:20 am, store opens at 8:00. Time to take snow/stud😠 tires off, and put my regular tires back on. No I did not have extra rims on reg tires. Also asked for alignment. So that was 60.00 tire switch. I call Less Schwab at 11:00 and was told one car was ahead of mine for the alignment, (Usually about a half hour for an alignment). I just recently purchased a new car and it turns out the front tires were completely worn on the inside of the tire! Unfortunately I had to buy a whole new set of tires due to my car being awd but the guys and this super awesome dark haired girl did a great job getting me set up with a set of tires! Thanks everyone who participated in my chaotic car! ♡
I took my truck in twice for shaking in July 2016. Both times, they did not find anything wrong. It later took a stranger going down the freeway to tell me that my back tire was shaking very bad, and to get it looked at right away. When I took it in that third time, they found a split tire. Fortunately, there was not an accident. But I was traveling with my entire family, after they looked my truck over, twice, to find nothing wrong.
