This store has always opened at 7am. Now they pushed back to 8am. We have a line of 25 people freezing outside while they sick inside drinking coffee and eating donuts in front of us. There are literally 4 people sitting inside around a donut box since 630am...doing nothing. But they can't open up and take care of the customers.
You guys did a FANTASTIC job yesterday taking care of my trailer wheel hub! Big thank you to Mike, he got the job done super fast and the pricing was perfect. Can’t say enough about the quality of customer care. Thank you!
Got a flat tire on my way to grab lunch, and just as I start getting the tire changed over a Les Schwab Tire Centers truck pulls over and Andy, the driver, steps in to change the tire for me. It turned out that my spare had gone flat, but it was fine because Andy went and grabbed his compressor to get my spare filled up. I got down to the store on my spare, and Andy made the entire process of getting my vehicle taken care of a breeze. I can’t recommend this store enough. Unbelievably good customer service.
love the products and the folks that work in the store. not always in love with waiting over 7hours to get my snow tires put on.
Customer service here today was awful. I realize everyone is trying to get their tires switched for the weather but the organization of processing people was awful. People were not processed as they were checked in. It should not take 6 hours to switch out tires when you were 30th in line and checked in at 7:08.
The 2 folks that helped us were ok, but their attitudes could have been better for sure.
