I was there from nine in the morning until three you would think when you buy new tires for your car they would try and get it done a little faster. They never called my name when my car was done I had to go ask they just tossed my old tires in the so rolled from side to side as I drove.
After 40+ years getting tires here I will be looking for another dealer the next time I need tires or service. Had to wait over 4 hours today in Redmond to have my already mounted winter tires switched over. Got there just after 8 and left just after noon. I could have stayed home and finished a work project then paid someone else to swap tires and been much ahead. Saw at least 3 people drive in off the street and get serviced in the time I was there. Waited 45 min to get batteries checked. Went to desk to see what was taking so long only to find out they still hadn't been checked. All I got was a flippant sorry must have overlooked it. Will never do business there again...
A tire service that's completely okay with helping people who have been waiting for 20 minutes while leaving those who have been there for hours is not much of a service at all.
Been here for 4 hours at least. All we needed was two tires and an alignment. Ive watched them let a customer into the repair section that clearly states "Employees only" just conversing with them. at the third hour we asked it was almost done and watched an employee jump us ahead of five other tickets. (Only took us three hours to get the alignment started.Never thought it could have take so long.
