i made an appointment a week ago to have my tires rotated and when I showed up this morning I was told it would be an hour and 15 min wait. Why bother to make an appointment if it's still going to be that long. i left and made an appt in Bend for Monday! The kid helping me stated It was the busiest store in the NW which is crap! Obviously he's never been to the Bend store!

Been a while since my last service encounter at this store. I’m reminded why I haven’t used LSTC for a while now. Dropped car off at 1pm for a flat and rotate. Still hadn’t been touched by 4:30pm and was in a line to be worked on yet. Supply and demand folks, time to add another store to Redmond! This type of service doesn’t encourage me to buy your products. So I took my car and will try elsewhere to get my flat fixed.
Not a customer, yet, but I am a neighbor. I'd like to know why you are closed all day on Sunday but the only time the guy with the leaf blower can come to clean your parking lot is 9pm at night?
