Kind professionals who did a great repair job on a flat tire. (Good popcorn, too!).
Well I stopped by on Monday to get appointment, needed a lot done, struts, shocks, and alignment, tire rotation. The guy said can you be here at 8 AM tomorrow, said yes. Got there just before opening, went in they said oh we are behind from yesterday just wait we will get you in, finally at 10:20 they took my car in, needless to say I didn't get out of there till 3 PM. This was my first visit to Les Schwab. I came in for four tires with a slow leak. They took off all 4 tires, fixed the leak, told me what caused the leak, all at no charge. Very happy customer!
I took my car in to get my studs off. There was a long line. It suprised me how fast they were. My car was finished about 4 hours before the said it would be. The staff there at the redmond less scwab have always went out of there way to make sure i have been treated good.
