I visited back in June for work and was so impressed by the hotel staff who couldn't do enough to ensure my stay was comfortable. I had issues with my shower which was faulty and was moved straight away. Managers should be proud of their reception staff and the manager who was on night duty during my stay.

This is a really lovely hotel, with a perfect location for everything central to the city. Not even a 10-minute walk from the train station, and loads of great bars and restaurants are within minutes' walk. The room was a good size with complimentary tea and coffee. It was really easy to get fresh milk too, as I don't like UHT milk. The bed was really comfy; my only negative with the bed is the pillows were very lumpy and not comfortable for me.
