Booked my Husqvarna in early spring, it was meant to be a 2 weeks turn around, it ended up 6-8 weeks. When i got it back, it was not running right so i asked to book in again, was told 6 weeks wait, that was due early June. I called and got told two weeks further wait, i called again, got told the mans on holiday, i called again and in the end gave up. They just dont care and cant be bothered. However, Ian The Lawn Mower Man in Chelmsford comes out for GBP 80 same day fix.
A bit expensive but I ended up-with a good-as-new mower. They did a fantastic job. I valued the advice they gave.
