My first truck and first time doing business with Len Stoler Ford at Owings Mills. My experience was one of a kind, great deal and great people.
Told me an hour and a half. Out in an hour and got to test drive a car while there!
The experience started out great, I was buying my first car. I was getting ready to leave and go to another dealership because I didn't find any cars I liked well then they found this jeep on their lot... it was the car of my dreams. They made it all work and I bought it. They said the floor mats were in the back... they weren't, and they were going to fix a couple spots on the car that needed to be fixed. When I went to call and get it fixed they said it wasn't in my deal. And then they said they would call me back.. never ... read more

The service advisor,Randy, did an excellent job explaining what was wrong with my car and what my options for repairing it were. My car was repaired in the timeframe that I was initially quoted. And the people were very courteous and professsional. I was very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend this service center to anyone needing their car repaired.
