I had a 1:30 appointment for 10,000 mile service on my car. When I got there, I was not on the schedule (the person who made the appointment put me down for the same day I called!). Mike Stone took charge and fit me into the schedule and I was out of there in less than 45 minutes. Thank you.
Like always , when I have any problems with my Ford Edge car , Mike Mazor takes care of my problem with a very professional , friendly , honest , speed, very nice attitude !! When I go to Ford Service , I feel like I am a VIP !! Everybody is very nice !!
Worst customer service. Don't bother leasing from them.
I always get in, serviced and out very quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful. I love this dealership. I have never returned to any other dealership to purchase or service unless I had to. I'll continue to do business with them unless an issue arises.
Recently moved to Florida and returned to Maryland for the summer. When I called to set up my appointment for an oil change I was greeted by Mike Mazer as if i never left. When I arrived I told him my car had a recall pending and he offered to take care of the recall as well. As long as I continue to return to Maryland for summers I will continue to take my car to Len Stoler. Thak you Mike Mazer for all you do for me.
Though I may have been upset about the problems with my auto the staff at the Ford service Mike Fierstein and the staff at Jeep Jen and Chelsie went out of their way to provide me with a loaner and to make me comfortable. They kept the repair price in reason with the help of the sales manager. The work was well done by the service manager who also was very helpful.
