For the 2nd time in 2+ years, I went in to see Chris Doe. I had previously leased a 2015 Edge and wanted to know exactly what to expect come Jan. 2019 once it was time to return the vehicle. I knew I wanted another Edge, but wasn't sure about all my options. Between Chris and his manager, John (?), I left that day with a 2018 Edge! I'm convinced that leasing's for me! Everything was done with ease and no pressure. All is well once again. I'll be back!
In September 2010 I purchased a 2011 Ford Escape Ltd from Len Stoler. Ever since making that purchase, the Len Stoler Service department has taken care of all my service needs. My latest service was on July 11th, for the 140,000 mile maintenance service. The latest service advisor, Greg Taylor, was wonderful to work with. Our family purchased two vehicles recently and the experience with Chris Doe was easily 5 stars. He did not pressure us, he explained things in the "right" amount of detail and made sure we understood. His question were insightful and he listened to what our hot buttons were and responded accordingly. I would highly recommend him as a auto professional. Bought a Chevy Equinox with Factory warranty left on it. Salesman Dave Jordan was Exceptional. I looked for an Equinox at several different dealers but Quality condition are great and paid what I felt was a fair price.
