I have been dealing with Len Stoler Ford for years, primarily due to their service dept. I usually have Mike Mazer as my advisor. He is professional, calls to update me on progress. He clearly shows he takes his job seriously. As long as I can continue to deal with Mike and his professional service team, I will remain a loyal customer.
Tried purchasing a used Ram 1500. Wouldn’t budge a penny off the vehicle would only remove a BS dealer fee. Was a serious buyer but they let me walk away. Left a bad taste in my mouth for Len Stoler. I’ll be taking my future business and recommendations elsewhere
They took 6 weeks to look at my Explorer and still couldn't determine what was wrong or how to fix it. They experienced the same symptoms that I did. When they returned it to me, they did not attach the plastic engine cover, it was just sitting loose on the motor. The vehicle also smells like something is burning every time I drive it & it runs worse than when I dropped it off. I do not recommend using them.
Excellent response time and professionality. Thrilled with my new (to me) Sonata.
Recently purchased a truck from Len Stoler and it was a very pleasant and smooth deal. All the staff was courteous, they kept in constant communication with me through out the transaction. I highly recommend them.
