Randy is sales amazing salesmen he was very helpful purchasing a vehicle. BUT the service writer sucks, took vehicle back 2 week after buying and my headlight assembly stop working and it seemed like a bother to service and when i went was told they can't help. RecommendedI use Len Stoler Ford for my repairs on two of my vehicles. I can always count on Michael Mazor to give me an honest estimate and explanation of what is needed to fix the problem.
First, terrific, kind, informative salespeople. Jimmy was wonderful. Second, a sales manager who knows the brand, sets the right tone, and knows how to negotiate and get to yes. Third, a smooth, experienced finance guy in Frank, who acts expeditiously and smoothly. Better yet, a great car, at a fair price, with responsive follow up. All class. Vroom. Love my Porsche. Buy from these guys.
Delt with sales for 3 days. Explained exactly what I wanted and needed. Told them I lived 100 miles away that I need to be pretty sure it’s a done deal before traveling that distance. Was told we’ll make it happen. Sales person was very nice now let me stop at this point. Nope first issue they constantly ask for social security number even I can with my own financing in hand. Second big issue they try to insist that you sign away your rights to sue. I was like are you nuts I am not signing that.
