Came in at 6pm, test drove 2 of the 4 I liked online and by 10pm my deal was closed and I was the proud new owner of a Lexus RX350. Best experience ever!!!! Wonderful experience! We were interested in a used car they had as we couldn’t find one in our area in NC. Jake Bosley assisted us in preparing everything and ensuring that it was a flawless situation since we were driving from NC to Maryland to get the car. Jake was terrific in helping us set up over phone/email and assured us that the car was in excellent condition as we traveled to purchase the car that same day. I take my car here all the time when I need service. They're nice, fast, and help in anyway. My most recent trip was extremely pleasant as I needed things to get done before my summer road trip. Mike Mazor was the person I had, and he's always nice and helpful. Extremely would recommend!
Processing fees charged were inflated on papers in finance office, Nobody could explain why. I paid cash, finance officer was insisting I give my social sec # to him I had to tell him I would walk out first to get him to stop requesting it.Then I get in the vehicle to leave and its on EMPTY.I will never go back and I don't recommend this dealership.
Len Stoler Ford may improve if they stood behind the vehicles they sell. I had been a customer for over two decades. Their not willing make a reasonable offer (or any offer at all) on a vehicle that has given me nothing but problems and purchased from Len Stoler Ford just two years ago is bad business in my book. They have lost a long time customer.
Mike was great, service was faster than expected.
