I just bought a 2017 F150 4x4. I was greeted as soon as I arrived by the young lady at the desk and was directed to a salesman. My salesman Chris found me the vehicle I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay.The deal was done in a friendly and professional manner. This is not my first time buying from Len Stoler. I have bought 2 jeeps, a Ford Contour & a Ford Thunderbird and have always been treated the same, Thanks Chris for another pleasant purchase.
The service assistant that assisted me is very professional. I should have asked his name to give commendation. Service date: December 20, 2016, 7am.
Went to the Collision center and received the worst customer service ever and was never updated via the phone about my car and couldn't get any calls back. Supervisor didn't even acknowledge the bad customer service.
Went there with a preapproved loan with $500 down to buy a used car. Their nitwit of a finance guy, instead of going that way, ran me through at least half a dozen other banks/lenders, unbeknownst to me. Now I have all these inquiries on my credit report and was unable to refinance my mortgage because of it. He also asked for an additional downpayment which took all my savings. So pissed off still!
