The service department is the worst. We have been loyal customers for years and have spent a lot of money on truck repairs. So how does it now take 2 weeks to get an appointment to have your vehicle looked at. And two days later no one has contacted me about my vehicle. I have to keep calling. This is ridiculous. Blind leading the blind up here. Then you try to throw a whack rental car at me that doesn't even compete with my truck and say its on them when I get free rental with my warranty.
