Purchased a used sekonda sports watch to use around the pool on holiday, after a couple of weeks it became faulty so I returned it to the store. They sent it off to sekonda to be repaired, about a week and a half later I have the watch back looking brand new
Poor customer service by the assistant
Not a happy experience! My husband bought me a watch that I didn't like and requested a refund, the next day, however he was informed, apparently beforehand, that no refunds are offered by Leivers only a credit note. Customer service is lacking, the manager is particularly brusque, and as the jewellery offer is not to my taste I had to compromise to select an alternative watch as i didn't want to have a credit note for £200+ , A 'family run' business should perhaps concentrate on putting their customers first
