Today, Leith Lincoln is proud to be part of the 30+ Leith Automotive Group of dealerships, which is still a family-run business. I am beyond DISAPPOINTED with Mercedes Benz of Raleigh, this is really the worst service I have ever received, these service advisors will do anything to take your money, even to the extend of lying just to charge you unnecessary fees, I believe in Making money the right way instead of trying to rip-off your customers, my car came in for a replacement of the front module, service advisor, ***** ***** told me the module was not communicating with the vehicle, I advised since it was not communicating to remove it and do a diag... read more
Everything was handled very professionally. The vehicle was prepped and ready for me to test drive and check over. The vehicle was fairly priced which was nice as it eliminated the back and forth bartering one tends to run into at too many dealerships. Paperwork for the purchase done with minimal delay and I was able to drive out that day with my newly purchased vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership for someone looking a new or higher end used vehicle.
So far-and we have not gone to see the car- the sales people have been more than attentive enough; in fact, they have been pursuing our business a little too aggressively.
***** is egocentric. Not customer oriented. Cares nothing about longer term relationships. We began our journey on a dispute over the INFAMOUS Nissan CVT issue in the Rogue. It is well known. There have been service bulletins, court cases, and warranty claims up the wazoo. Not to mention the media and known consumer complaints. We bought the car preowned but prechecked.
