Today, Leith Lincoln is proud to be part of the 30+ Leith Automotive Group of dealerships, which is still a family-run business. This car buying experience was very smooth, pain-free, and no pressure. We have dealt with some painful car buying experiences previously, but this was far from it. This is by far the BEST, in terms of customer service, experience with a luxury car dealership that I have had. I have owned a Cadillac, Infinity and most recently an Audi and I have to say there was always a feeling like they were doing me a favor, as if I should be grateful to be in "the club". When I made the phone call to schedule the appointment I spoke with service advisor Marissa. She was able to see me at moments notice. Upon my arrival, Marrisa made me feel welcome. She informed my off drink and snack locations, restrooms, and waiting area. Sales staff were open, friendly, and when I asked a question they were pushy toward sales.
