Bad for business my truck been and the shop for over 6 months the very first time I test drive my truck the oil light was on I ask about it and was told a oil change would be done on the truck by the time I come back to get it.after getting the truck two days later the oil light came back on after going back and forth trying to figure out the problem they came to a conclusion that's it's some part in the engine need to be work on back in July til this day January 3 2022 I'm still without my truck making car payment every mon... read more
I traded my 2017 ***** ****** ***** in 12/2/21 they let me know it would take about 10 days for them to receive it .They still haven't received it and they also have sold my car. how can they do it before they pay it off and it's still in my name. Do not my a car unless they pay it off first.

She traded her car on 12-2 and then we processed her paperwork and paid her car off on 12-10. In the auto industry this is considered very much on time.
I traded in my vehicle on 10/30 at Leith Volkswagen of Raleigh and was told that the payoff date would be 11/20. When I went to the dealership to drop off my new vehicle for a service on 23 November I saw my old vehicle on the lot for sale. I have continued to check the account for the payoff to have gone through. As of today, 2 December the vehicle had not been paid off. Worst experience I could have ever imagined!! I don't often write reviews, but this must be told....hopefully it will help you from making a poor decision. This experience was a complete nightmare. After a "relatively" smooth sale, things went down hill almost immediately. First off, I was asked to go back to re-sign all of the paperwork after a clerical error that was made on *****'s part. I obliged and asked ***** to make sure the paperwork was expedited since I had also turned in another lease a month early as part of the deal. Replied timely, eliminated car from search.
dealer was not great on email correspondence. very late responses and did not communicate or answer specific questions to my email. also, it was very hard to get confirmation if the car was still available... even though i sent email with stock# and all information to check quickly and easily and email me back. The dealership really shined when i went to test drive. The car was ready with tag on it. very helpful answering questions and very friendly. i felt valued as a customer.
The car was ready to view when we arrived. We test drove it, inspected it, and purchased it. This is a no negotiate dealer, so the price quoted online is final. We were surprised by this, but accepted the policy.
