Today, Leith Lincoln is proud to be part of the 30+ Leith Automotive Group of dealerships, which is still a family-run business. We just purchased our 10th BMW from Leith. I consider them to be the best car dealer in the nation. They make the purchase experience simple, fair, and honest. The recent purchase, an i3, was the 7th car we have purchased from ***** ******. ***** is truly a friend in the car business. Their service department is competent and reasonable. Highest recommendation possible!!
Service fails to communicate quoted prices and doesn't validate status of your warranty before doing costly repairs.I was forced to pay since work had already been done and I received a bill I wholly expected to be taken care of by my warranty company that was on file at three other dealerships but not this one. Also they got my first name wrong on all my paperwork. They haven't fixed it after I've corrected them over three times in person and on the phone.

They were polite and gave me the answers I asked for. I ended up buying another vehicle but the experience was positive.
Easy to work with dealer, very accommodating
I called and made an appointment to see a car. I drove over 1-1/2 hours one way just to be told it was sold! They claimed the car just sold- it would have taken them that long to do the paperwork! Poor attitudes from sales staff, no communication with on line sales. I'm convinced it was a bait and switch, the first thing they tried to do was sell me a different car. Was told I would get a call from the sales manager, never heard anything.
I would give less than one star, if possible. We have had nothing but problems with the service fro Leith Jeep Chrysler. We took our truck in for a recall update and oil change. Took them over 5 hours to complete those two things. When the truck was dropped off, no time frame was given as to how long to expect it to take. Thankfully, based on prior experience with their lack of customer service, my husband requested a loaner while they had our truck.
