Today, Leith Lincoln is proud to be part of the 30+ Leith Automotive Group of dealerships, which is still a family-run business. Replied timely, eliminated car from search.
dealer was not great on email correspondence. very late responses and did not communicate or answer specific questions to my email. also, it was very hard to get confirmation if the car was still available... even though i sent email with stock# and all information to check quickly and easily and email me back. The dealership really shined when i went to test drive. The car was ready with tag on it. very helpful answering questions and very friendly. i felt valued as a customer.
The car was ready to view when we arrived. We test drove it, inspected it, and purchased it. This is a no negotiate dealer, so the price quoted online is final. We were surprised by this, but accepted the policy.
I had a great experience with their customer service and responsiveness.
Nice car and salesman was very respectful
Vinny was excellent! Very quick to respond, polite and answered every question I had. The car I was interested in was ready to drive when I got there. Although we did not make a deal on the car, I would not hesitate to use Leith again in the future.
Very good as far contacting me about the vehicle and financing options. Made me feel comfortable about dealing with Leith. Whenever I decide to make a purchase. They'll be my first choice.

The experience was ok. The General Manager was great, they just didn't have confidence that we could make a deal happen. Disappointed.
