There are two things in life I hate: getting up early and exercising. Thanks to Leila, I’m motivated to do both on Thursday mornings! I’ve never enjoyed exercise, starting from PE at school, but Leila makes it fun and I look forward to our weekly session. I started training with her a few months ago and it was a fantastic decision. Leila is one of the kindest and warmest people I know. She has been my PT for just over a year now and it has changed my life both physically and mentally. I went from hating the majority of things about myself to now feeling confident and happy in my skin. I refused to exercise before as I thought I couldn't do it and I felt I wasn't built for it, turns out I was very wrong as I just completed my second 5k run and I am currently lifting 70kg in dead lifts and Leila has been by my side for all of it. Leila has a very friendly approach. I was very apprehensive about starting to exercise as I wasn’t a ‘gym’ person but I am really enjoying it now and love how much stronger I feel

What can I say. Leila is an amazing trainer. After one session she new what I needed. I cannot praise her enough. Great location, attitude and professionalism. Thanks leila.
