We booked the Leicester Serviced Apartments through a reputable hotel website. It is advertised as 24 check in with on site multilingual staff and bar/lounge. We arrived to Leicester at about 1.15 and so rang the number listed to see if we could check in early. We were informed that we couldn't check in until 2pm. Fine! No problem - we said we would have lunch. Nice apartment had all the amenities we required, but one of the chairs was sticky and the water had been turned off.
Pleasant stay, highly recommended. Will definitely come back. Things I enjoyed the most: -Excellent location -Very spacious. -Well equipped . -Clean and well maintained. -Wifi was excellent. -A lot of cleaning tools and products - Friendly meeting and much appreciated flexibility; our early check in was accommodated easily. -Although there is no reception but owner was very approachable and always checking that the stay was progressing well.
Absolutely amazing place. Landlord went out of his way to make my stay pleasant. Highly recommended. Good value for money for what you will get.
Convenient location. Nice clean apartment with good wifi and comfortable basic furnishings. I've stayed twice in two different apartments
