I waited for hours in the germ filled waiting room with my 7 month old who was wheezing. Other hospitals take babies right back. If I could just rate the care by the nurses and practitioners, I would have given 4 or 5 stars. They were actually very kind and knowledgeable. The wait at this hospital will keep me from returning. When you have small babies that need immediate care, you will be taken sooner at St. Luke's. They may not have a children's ER but you will still get appropriate emergency care for your babies. A lot better than St. Luke's on Hamilton St. in Allentown. Staff is so much nicer, rooms so much better, hospital so much cleaner and so on. They just seem to care more and had better technology. They did good
My daughter gave birth in this hospital , the labor & delivery was great , the nurse was great, but when they moved her room close to the nursery one of the nurses was taking the baby to take a bath , later that night two nurses came in telling my daughter the baby was dropped , so we wanted to find out more information about the situation but we kept getting different stories , so they're obviously covering up for the nurse , we ask for footage but one of the nurses said the camera doesn't record & when we asked another nur... read more

Lung surgery Thursday, nurses were fantastic as were my doctors. Help always available if I needed it.
I have to give it to them,I walked in and was seen right away as I was on a previous visit.everyone was respectful and very caring..I was in and out.Thank you..HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL OF YOU..
