After being there a week I was never notified that my insurance was out of network and not covered there. They even discharged me with the wrong diagnosis. Unbelievable that during my stay for a week I was not told anything regarding insurance. They expect you then to pay the couple thousand you owe within 60 days.
i was in childrens ER on wednesday 1/4 with my 1 year old daughter Claire...with throwing up/breathing issues, we were there til about 11pm and then went home and was told to see the doc the next day. We went to her regular doc the next night and came back to the childrens ER since doc said she was breathing too fast and it was determined she had broncolitis and we were in the ER from about 5 til midnight when we were admitted to the 4th floor pediatrics. The staff was nice, pleasant, and funny. They did everything they could to make is more at ease with the procedure. I would definitely go back! Also, their sushi is awesome!
